This place is a definite no for me. I had one of the most lackluster pedicures I’ve ever experienced—no attention to detail and it felt rushed from start to finish. The polish didn’t match the color I was shown, which was really disappointing, and my cuticles looked exactly the same as when I walked in. Unfriendly staff. Overall, an underwhelming experience and not somewhere I’d return to or recommend.
This was my first time going to this nail salon. Highly recommended and I definitely agree it was worth going there. I am very picky and so far very happy. They are friendly and kind people. I truly enjoyed my time there. Already scheduled my next appointment ❤️ - C
UPDATE: Today was my 3rd time going, went in for a gel fill. The lady that did my nails was a different lady than the first 2 times I went, this technician was very rough and made my cuticles bleed as you can see in pictures I have irritation and inflammation. Some of the nails themselves look chunky and have indents (also you can see in pictures). A couple of the nails were even crooked…This time around I was Not happy with the job and paid $50 for it. Honestly if someone is not fit to do the job they really shouldn’t be allowed to do it, specially when you are charging the client for it plus the time the client spends there getting the service done. I also had to compromise the design I originally wanted because the technician couldn’t do it, so I told her to just forget it. The work should always be consistent no matter which technician does the work Disappointing…unfortunately… I guess you have to make sure you schedule with your preferred technician This is the second time I’ve come to this establishment, I got a gel nail set and was very happy 💅with the result and the customer service, I haven’t had a bad experience as of yet. Honestly horrible. I had powder dip polish on my nails when I got there and instead of doing the normal foil process for removal, the tech took an acrylic nail and attempted to chip away at the polish on my nail for about ten minutes… I could’ve done that at home. Then, she didn’t do a white powder base coat and went right into the colored powder. She did 2 extremely light coats so you can see my real nails underneath. Don’t even get me started on the uneven length going on.. the only way I’d be back is if they’d offer to redo my nails for free. I went on Friday 9/6 and they’re already chipping today, 9/10! Waste of money.
I spent a lot of time looking for the best salon in the area, and this is THE one! Friendly, professional, and excellent quality work. They take care of my young daughter well when she tags along with me, whether she is getting her nails done or not that day. Chloe was able to find the right nail treatment for me to make my nails actually healthy and GROW! This place is a gem and I’m so glad I found it!
